Complex aromas with reductive notes noticeable, alongside yeast, oak spice, red cherry, blueberry, and wild raspberry, with dried thyme and some allspice. The palate shows good tension the elements are tightly integrated with good freshness, crunchy sappy tannins, pure sloe and elderberry fruit, with a subtle astringency on the spicy, peppery finish.
