Tasting Notes
Bacchus, Muscat, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner, destemmed and fermented spontaneously on the skins for four weeks. Aged in barrel and bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur in November 2017. It is a rich golden yellow colour with reddish hues. Nutmeg and rose blossom on the nose, with yellow plum, pineapple, ground elder, and balsamic notes. There is good volume on the palate, and with rather loosely knit but grainy tannins. A light oak influence adds roundness, and it has spicy flavours on the finish.
