The natural wine »Zöld« Silvaner Landwein trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Schmitt has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Sage, thyme, apple skin and pear, also some yellow fruit and honey; juicy on the palate with ripe, well integrated acid structure. Slenderly built, dry, yet soft and juicy, citric notes and fine spice with a phenolic layer and lively tartness.
