The red wine »Mythos« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Schneider-Pfefferle has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Mitos from the region Baden in Germany.
Deep dark red of black cherry in the glass. Lush aromas of dark leather, tobacco smoke, cedar wood, chokeberry and dried plum fill the nose. Very pithy tannins on the palate, full-bodied and lining. Wild berry confit, cooked cranberry with clove and coffee grounds. It will certainly go well with a hearty beef stew.
