The white wine »Selektion« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Schneider-Pfefferle has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Wonderfully typical nose: cassis, lychee, white gooseberries and a hint of cumin, it smells of very ripe melon, even mild curry. Good acidity on the palate with plenty of grip, very animating and juicy. Glass cherries and cherry pits combine with plenty of minerality to create a delicate texture.
