Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate herbal spice underpinned by black cherry fruit, hints of cassis, fruits of the forest confit, some nougat and fine orange zest. The juicy, elegant palate has good complexity, with well-integrated tannins, slightly sweet blackberry fruit, with some fine oak savouriness on the persistent finish. Great potential for development, an individualistic food wine.
