The red wine elegy, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Silvia Heinrich has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Central Burgenland in Austria.
Dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, discreet bright rim. Fine tobacco spiciness and roasted aromas, a hint of fig, delicate cassis, and some nougat. Complex, juicy, well-integrated tannins, blackberry nuances, some black cherry fruit on the finish and oak spice in the aftertaste. It is sweet, with a chocolaty finish and great length, and is a versatile food wine with sure ageing potential.
