Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, ochre reflections, delicate watery rim. Fine precious wood savouriness, delicate hints of redcurrant, some cloves, fine pipe tobacco, floral touch. Juicy, good complexity, dark wild berry confit, mineral, savoury finish, tobacco aftertaste, good food companion with certain ageing potential.

Sweet tobacco, cardamom, cloves and vanilla alongside ripe cherries and orange zest on the nose - a multi-faceted youthful bouquet. Taut on the palate with a fine fruit sweetness and silky tannins, supported by a mineral, fresh acidity that's salty-lemony. A chocolaty touch with peppery savouriness shows on the finish.
