Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

The deep yellow plays into golden yellow. Ripe pears, yellow flowers, quince, green apple skin, candied ginger. Full-bodied on the palate with plenty of savouriness and also substance, ripe, stable acidity, the fine fruit sweetness enhances the smoothness, a lot of wine.
