Grapefruit and lime blossom on the nose with hints of ripe Elstar apple and quince. Full-bodied, substantial on the palate with a firm attack and subtle phenolics, ripe acidity. Full-bodied, finely tart, creamy texture. Spicy, peppery finish with a fruity aftertaste.
