Herbal-savoury fragrance, liquorice, yellow fruit notes. With aeration, slate also comes to the forefront. On the palate, the Spätlese is positively grippy, with a layer of phenolics, mineral extract, and a lovely sweetness-acidity interplay led by the sweetness.
