Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold. Intense oakiness on the nose, delicate hints of caramel, too much volatile acidity for my liking. On the palate also a hint of wood, sweetness seems a little broad, not quite clean. Rustic style. Perhaps a bottle problem.
