Tasting Notes
Nougat-like aromas of wood, very ripe fruit aromas, plum, almost somewhat "southern" in appearance, also savoury from spontaneous fermentation. Herbal tones. Full and silky on the palate, noble, very fine tannins, clear tactile minerality, ripe acidity typical of the vintage, with long-lasting, sustained fruit. Very good length.
