Clear use of wood, roasted notes, white sesame, polenta. In the mouth, the wine shows the advantages of the altitude: with lively acidity, a straightforward, polished structure, a mineral colour and, despite the overall light-footed impression, also with substance. The wood aromas return on the finish.
