Tasting from 12.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Pale lemon yellow with green reflections. Citrus, some honeydew melon and peach on the nose. On the palate, the wine starts slender and juicy with elegant acidity, a little carbonic acid enhances the freshness, the mountain vineyard shows itself in a completely vertical structure. This is a mineral-spiced, straightforward Pinot Gris with the authentic impression of a mountain wine.
