Subtle and multi-layered aroma, grapey, mirabelle plums, ripe pears, lemon zest, salty breeze, subtle smoke, fine wood savouriness of vanilla, chamomile. Still youthful on the palate, lively, linear acidity plays around a creamy base, fine phenolics, wood savouriness, good substance, elegant, a good balance of coolness and warmth.

The agile and active acidity picks up speed on the palate, underpinned by a soft, supple base, ripe, elegant phenolics, good substance, and an interplay of warm and cool elements. Still youthful.
