Tuffy, volcanic notes on the nose, smoky, herbal, cereal-scented field, apple and pear, mirabelle plum. On the palate, the altitude is evident in the animating freshness, taut structure, invigorating, integrated acidity, the volcanic minerality sets the final accent.
