Medium yellow; medium intensity bouquet, yellow-fruity, spicy, notes of aniseed, hazelnut, pastry, dried fruit; soft attack on the palate, present acidity, some CO2, distinctive tartness, spicy aromas; good length. Rather restrained and discreet at the moment.
