Pale orange in colour. The aroma is savoury and berry with a subtle woody flavour. The palate develops a very refined phenolics flavour and fine acidity, the contrast to the powerful but not massive body and the underlying suppleness creates tension, as does the penetrating, intense tactile minerality.
