The white wine »Dit is der Clou von't Janze«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinhaus Bettina Schumann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauer Burgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Light gold with a copper-colored shimmer in the reflections. The aroma blends fruit and savouriness in a complex (and very clear) way. The palate is firm and hearty, very vertical in its structure, bone-dry, definitely needs further ageing - and a meal to accompany it.
