The rosé »Chaiselongue«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinhaus Bettina Schumann has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Bright orange rosé in the glass. Blood oranges, red currants, raspberries, rhubarb, herbal savouriness, caramel. Lively, fresh, elegant, bone-dry on the palate, juicy acidity with tension, pithy phenolics, clear red berry and citrus fruit, lots of savouriness, mineral undertones, a grown-up rosé not just for the terrace.
