The red wine »Handschrift« Frühburgunder, vintage 2022 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Dagernova has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Frühburgunder from the region Ahr in Germany.
On the nose: small red berries, balsamic tones, dark-berry and peppery aromas. The palate begins with the fullness typical of the vintage, the tannins are grainy but grown-up and capable of development, the acidity is rather restrained and the aroma remains homogeneous for a long time. A striking early Pinot Noir Précoce that will benefit from a year or two of maturation.
