The white wine »Réserve« Bischoffingen Enselberg Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Deep colour in the glass. The new wood is still strong, but the wine also reveals ripe yellow fruit. In the mouth, the wine is creamy and almost fat, the sweet fruit harmonises with the opulent composition. Will pair well with food.
