The white wine »BB-Alte Reben« Bischoffingen Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Discreet Pinot berries on the nose, also some Charentais melon, not very open, but with recognisably good assets. On the palate the wine has a lot of body, the structure lives on tension and freshness, but also showcases the varietal character with a layer of smoothness.
