Tasting Notes
Intense fruit flows from the glass: blackberry confit on the nose, vanilla, blueberry compote, elderflower. The palate is elegant and balanced, with a supple (but not excessively oily) base and dry, ripe tannins that give the wine structure and certain ageing potential. Some minerality emerges on the still compact finish, the fruit lingers with a hint of sweetness.
