The red wine »Pinot One« Bischoffingen Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, subtle new wood enriches Burgundian fruit that hints at a very ripe vintage with plummy notes alongside berry aromas with a peppery terroir note also evident. The silky palate unrolls elegantly on the full bodied palate with well-integrated tension and juice.
