The white wine »BB-Alte Rebe« Bischoffingen Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Bischoffinger Winzer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Some yeast, but also spicy, smokey and rocky notes, pear, melon and quince, a multilayered aroma. On the palate it shows freshness and juiciness, pithy with the lively acidity, but also texture and smoothness, the mineral component creates depth.
