The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Zýmē di Celestino Gaspari has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella , Oseleta, Croatina from the region Veneto in Italy.
Shiny, intense ruby with garnet glints. Shows notes of dark chocolate, dried plums, black cherries and some cloves. Full-bodied and dense on the palate, opens with lots of juicy fruit, cherry and plum, glides along finely, remains very long on the palate.
