The red wine Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Zýmē has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella , Molinara, Croatina from the region San Pietro in Cariano in Italy.
Deep, dark ruby red colour. Discreet aromas of dried rose petal, incense, wood, subtle black cherry and freshly grated cranberry on the nose. Balanced on the palate, with a fine texture and a creamy attack, fruit, acidity and tannins are in their right place, not too sweet, a delicately bitter finish on dark chocolate.
