“Gastrologik” Duo Reunites at “Ergo”

A celebrated reunion is set to unfold at Ergo on Wednesday, February 4, when Jacob Holmström and Anton Bjuhr return to the kitchen where they once earned two Michelin stars with Gastrologik. For one day only, the former Gastrologik duo will join forces with Ergo’s team, with Petter Johansson at the helm, in the restaurant’s original home on Artillerigatan 14 in Stockholm.
The all-day guest appearance will feature a bespoke 14-course tasting menu—seven signature dishes from each kitchen—marking a rare meeting of past and present. Gastrologik held two stars in the Guide Michelin, while Ergo currently boasts one, making the collaboration a standout moment on Stockholm’s fine-dining calendar.
