eat! Berlin: All you need to know about the gourmet festival

One of the world‘s best fine food festivals is taking place in Berlin.

Until November 6, the Berlin-based festival by and for gourmets, gastronomers and wine lovers presents a culinary extravaganza of the (inter)national cuisine and the world's best chefs. From October 27 until November 6, more than 80 chefs from Germany and all over the world will reveal their creative skills at about 70 “eat! Berlin” events. A symbiosis of excellent craftsmanship, exclusive ingredients and grandiose settings make this German festival exceptional.

At the eat! Berlin festival, one may get a taste of award-winning local, national and international Chefs such as Marco Müller (Rutz), Thomas Bühner, Dieter Müller (POTS), Michael Kempf (Facil), Hendrik Otto (Sterne Im Glas), Fabian Fiedler (Wilhelm Alexander), Christoph Rüffer (Haerlin), Yannic Stockhausen (Cordo), Max Strohe (Tulus Lotrek), Dario Cecchini (Officina della Bistecca, Italy), Adar Lotan (JUS bar à vin, Israel), Vivien Durand (Le Prince Noir, France) and many more.

60 Michelin stars

Chefs and cooks participating in the festival this year have been awarded more than 60 Michelin stars in total – the perfect chance to get a taste of the best national and international names of the foodie scene and experience their creative potential.

What is also unique about the festival: Berlin‘s finest restaurants and exceptional places are hosting the culinary events, giving each of them a special charm. Locations are as diverse as the fine dining courses, making every evening unforgettable and remarkable. These exclusive locations include Humboldt Forum, Friedrichsfelde Castle, The Grand, Waldorf Astoria, and PanAm Lounge.

The adequate accompaniment by the glass will be provided by an exclusive selection of more than 30 wineries, spoiling guests with extraordinary quality wines and drinks.
