Stockholm's “Sturehof” celebrates 30 years of Seafood Days, January 27–29. Indulge in an exclusive shellfish menu—pure, pristine, and starring in bold appetizers and mains—at winter's peak flavor prime.

Sturehof in Stockholm is marking a major milestone as its much-loved Seafood Days return from January 27–29 to celebrate their 30th anniversary. First introduced in 1996, the tradition has become a winter highlight for seafood lovers, and this year’s edition features an exclusive anniversary menu built entirely around shellfish.

The special menu showcases shellfish both in its purest form and as the star ingredient in refined appetizers and main courses, designed to highlight the depth and versatility of Nordic seafood. “Finally, it's that time again! The Seafood Days are one of the year’s major highlights, allowing us to give extra attention to shellfish during the winter months when they are at their absolute best,” says Michael Larsson, Executive Chef at Sturehof, noting that the event is “a perfect way to kick off the year after the December festivities.”
