Viña Almaviva

The winery with its 60 hectares of vineyards (total: 85 ha) is located not far from the metropolis of Santiago in Puente Alto. The wine is aged 75% in new French barriques for between 16 and 19 months, depending on the vintage. Since 1997, the Bordeaux-style red wine Almaviva has been produced here in a joint venture with Château Mouton-Rothschild.
