Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, with a deeply coloured core, soft brightening on the rim. Intense black fruit, hints of liquorice and cassis, but also truffle and cardamom, a discreet touch of oak, ethereal nuances, a hint of After Eight, an inviting multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, elegant, with a fine fruit driven sweetness, ripe tannins, chocolatey finish. Already very inviting and well developed, ripe red cherries, mineral and very long lasting, a wonderful food companion, great ageing potential.
