Tasting Notes
Subtly matured aromas of straw and hazelnut, with some slightly buttery tones, nougat and savoury yeast. The palate is like velvet and silk, with a fine bubble stream that refreshes without breaking the impression of fullness and roundness. The wine finishes with nerve thanks to the mineral components and delicate spice.
More about the tastingA fine aroma pointing towards Champagne: yeast and brioche, buttery undertones. However, still little tertiary aroma. The wine is creamy on the palate, develops a fine mousse and a lively acid nerve in unison, the good density of the palate aromas ensures a long, vinous finish. Food companion!
