Delicate Pinot notes on the nose, along with a ripe savouriness with iron-mineral tones and some yeast. In the mouth this Sekt builds a bridge between fine, almost creamy mousse and a smooth background, and salivating acidity and a demanding mineral core. Everything is always accompanied by a fruit-reduced yet aromatically complex, unapologetically Pinot Noir spiciness.
