Tasting Notes
Disgorged on 05/2024. the nose is rich in nuances, yet subtle, with hints of yeast, straw flowers and grated apple. Initially on the palate, an extremely fine, almost creamy mousse, followed by suppleness and fruit, before finally allowing the minerality to take centre stage.
More about the tastingRich in nuances on the nose, yeasty, nutty, notes of hay and white sesame. On the palate, an ultra-fine, silky mousse, with a tactile, mineral underpinning, the baton of intensity is passed on to substance and ripe acidity. Immense length. And a natural balance that is completely at peace with itself.
