It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Some brioche, but also fino, red berries and hazelnut - the nose is rich and complex. In the mouth, the penetrating tactile minerality impresses itself first, then comes the contrast of suppleness, fine mousse and delicate acidity.
