The sekt »Grande Cuvée« Dosage Zero, vintage 2018 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Very fine yeast spice with freshly baked brioche, ripe, bright fruit, but also sour cherry, very rich, spicy aroma. Delicate mousse on the palate, with plenty of smoothness and suppleness and perfectly integrated acidity. Very cultivated and dense, yet wonderfully dry and clear, excellently made.
