A very nuanced, almost sweet berry scent, clear and comparatively ripe Pinot, with aromas of Charentais melon and flint. The palate reveals an extract-driven, compact structure, the fine mousse breaks through the monolithic (but always fine) impression and leads directly to an intense tactile minerality. Pure finesse!
