The sekt »Grande Cuvée Dosage Zero«, vintage 2019 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Some brioche, but also fino, red berries and hazelnut - the aroma is rich and complex. In the mouth, the penetrating tactile minerality impresses first, followed by the contrast of suppleness, fine mousse and delicate acidity.
