Rich in nuance on the nose, with yeasty and nutty note, as well as hay and white sesame. On the palate there's an ultra-fine, silky mousse with a mineral underpinning. The baton of intensity is then passed on to substance and ripe acidity, with immense length but always a natural balance that is completely at peace with itself.
