The red wine »Granit F« Pinot Noir, vintage 2016 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir
A nuanced, savoury, berryish Pinot with a slight tertiary touch on the nose. On the palate, the wine has a slightly softer base than it did when we tasted it two years ago, but the crisp acidity and razor-sharp minerality still have the same drive. Very fine mousse - and everything is tightly bundled, a whole world on the head of a pin.
