It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Disgorged 02/24. Complex on the nose, with slightly tertiary undertones to go with red berries, balsamic, and citric notes. The dynamic mousse and the well-integrated acidity give the wine a core and freshness, whilst the palate flavours take up the berry aroma baton again.
