Disgorged 01/23. A grapey aroma, redcurrant, surprisingly little yeast involvement. On the palate the wine works well in focus, the warm year shows in a comparatively ripe acidity that nevertheless gives good tension and elegance, the medium weight extract and fine mousse do their part to make this a delicate sparkling wine created for simple pleasure.
