Tasting from 01.01.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Lots of chocolate on the nose, also paprika and plum. In the mouth, the wine is supple, with fine tannins and a noticeable oak component. With lots of vanilla in the finish, a clear sweetness lies over everything. Somewhat striking.
