A sparkling, rich straw-yellow color. Initially displays pronounced smoky and mineral notes, followed by lovely spicy tones. Balanced and crisp on the palate, with delicate fruit underscored by pronounced spicy notes; it flows smoothly, with a subtle hint of bitterness on the finish.
