The franciacorta Annamaria Clementi Riserva Franciacorta DOCG Dosage Zéro, vintage 2008 from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2019 with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright, flinty straw yellow with lots of fine mousse. Appealing and inviting nose of baked apple, but also fresh apple and subtle honey notes, then hazelnuts and pineapple. Radiant on the palate, unfolds to be very silky, with fine yeast pastry, some light caramel and a very long finish.
