The franciacorta Annamaria Clementi Franciacorta Riserva DOCG Dosage Zéro, vintage 2014 from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with light golden hues and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, meaty notes of ham, cold smoke, then buttery pastries, oak and citrus, milk chocolate. On the palate, a bit reserved at first, but then a beautiful fruit core, lovely creamy texture, punchy, with a vivid acidity, a perky mousse, rich, still very young at the moment.
