The franciacorta Annamaria Clementi Dosaggio Zero Franciacorta Riserva DOCG, vintage 2010 from the winery Ca’ del Bosco has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant gold. Complex and delicate nose of dried pineapple, roasted hazelnut, citrus, a hint of smoke, a little of everything and not too much of anything, a very inviting bouquet. It spreads beautifully and delicately on the palate, with a compact sweet fruit texture, a wonderful mousse, and salty and juicy notes. It finishes with precision and clarity.
